All applications must be submitted no later than Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. along with your $20.00 entry fee at the City of Carson Treasurer's Office located at City Hall, 701 E. Carson St., Carson CA. After submitting your application, you will be contacted and informed of the orientation and workshops schedule. You will also be provided with your "Entry Packet."
All applicants are required to attend the orientation and all workshops that will be held at the Congresswoman Juanita Millender-McDonald Community Center located at 801 E. Carson St., Carson, CA 90745. The orientation will be your opportu¬nity to learn the details of the Scholarship Pageant of Excellence as well as ask questions pertaining to the pageant. From that point forward you must adhere to all pageant guidelines. Workshops will provide an in-depth insight to all aspects of the pageant.
